Building Bridges to Remove Barriers
Assist micro small disadvantaged contractors and tradesman to become ready and able qualifiers to perform on public works construction projects by providing technical assistance and small business development workshops and services. Assist prime contractors in meeting project disadvantaged business enterprise goals through meet and greet events with subcontractors.
Online weekly focus & trade SB/DBE/DVBE/MBE/WBE news blog. Posting public works SB/DBE/DVBE/MBE/WBE project and annual goals to assist public agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors in meeting public works construction projects, "good faith efforts," and project goals.
Provide informational workshops on various trades, unions, apprenticeship programs, and entry level construction job opportunities. Provide entry level construction industry training workshops. Provide SB/DBE/DVBE/MBE/WBE/SEC-3 outreach services.
